CAN’T USE YOUR TICKETS?

Occasionally things come up that prevent you from attending an event.  While the Empress Theatre cannot issue you a refund nor exchange your ticket for another date, we can help:

Donate Your Tickets To The Empress Theatre for Re-sale, Receive A Tax-Break!

As a non-profit organization, the Empress Theatre can give you a tax-deductible receipt when you return your tickets in time for us to resell them (some limitations may apply to events not sponsored by the Empress Theatre).  Here’s how:

Five (5) or More Business Days In Advance

Return the tickets you cannot use to the Box Office along with a note giving the name and address your tickets were purchased under and stating that you wish to donate the tickets to the Empress Theatre:

Less Than Five (5) Business Days In Advance

If less than five business days but more than 48 hours before the event, call the Box Office or leave us a voicemail with the following information:

• Your Name (please spell it)
• Your Address (please spell any unusual names)
• State that you wish to donate your tickets to be resold
• Give the event name, date & time
• Give the number of tickets and the row & seat number of each

Less Than 48 Hours Prior To Event

Unfortunately, the Box Office cannot accept donated tickets with less than 48 hours notice.
