We are looking for team members who are cheerful, reliable, punctual, focused and enjoy working with the public!  For most positions, prior experience not required.  The Empress Theatre prides itself on providing a superior theater-going experience and prospective team members should understand that customer service skills are prized above all others.

The Empress Theatre has an immediate opening for our Front-Of-House crew.  While some cash-handling and customer-service experience would be helpful, the right attitude toward and the perfect personality are far more important.  Think of the Empress more as a luxury hotel than a theater and you have the right idea about the level of customer service we expect from our team.  A focus on customer experience, friendly personality, attention to detail and reliability are the keys to success in this position.  Part-time hourly position.
